Before You Apply with NextHome Unlimited:

  • 👥 Who Must Apply:
    • Each person 18 years or older must complete a separate application
  • ⏳ Application Process:
    • Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis
  • 💰 Income Requirement:
    • Combined gross income of all applicants must be at least 3x the monthly rent
    • All income & employment documentation must be original, unaltered, and independently verifiable.
  • 📄 Application Fee: $50 per applicant. Non-Refundable. 
  • 🪪 Required Documents:
    • Valid photo ID
    • 3 months of recent pay stubs
    • 3 months of recent bank statements
    • Screenshots, edited files, redacted, or modified documents will not be accepted.

  • 🏠 Rental History:
    • Minimum of 3 years of residential history
    • Contact info for rental references
